Maintenance Issues

What doc's do i need?

1 / Online Application Form

Fill out our quick and convenient online application form from your phone or laptop in less than 5 minutes.

2 / Proof of Income

Provide documentation such as 3 months bank statements, 3 months payslips, or a copy of your job offer to verify your income.

3 / Photo ID

Submit a valid photo ID as part of the government-required right to rent checks to ensure compliance with regulations.

Security Deposit

No more than 5 weeks rent. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.

Unpaid Rent

Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from the Rent Due Date until the payment is made (this will only be applied if the rent is more than 14 days in arrears,).

Lost Keys

Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing lost keys. including the actual costs of a locksmith if this results in locks needing to be changed.

Early Termination

Tenants shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
